Q: What Operating Systems and Browser are supported?

A: Supported and tested Operating Systems and Browsers are:

-       Windows XP, Vista, Windows 7, MacOS X 10.5-10.7, iOS 4 and newer, Android 2.3 and newer

-       Internet Explorer 8 & 9, Firefox 8 and newer, Safari 5 and newer

Q: I forgot my password, how can I reset it?

A: Click on the Members Button in the Top Menu or the Login in Button in the Footer of the site. Click the "retrieve password" button. Type in your username (your email you signed up with) and click "Send password"

A: Login to the site as usual. Click on your Display name in the footer of the page, left of the login button. This directs you to you user profile. There you can change your Display name or password.

Q: What if I cannot see some or all site elements, especially the Pictures and Videos?

A: In that case, please follow the steps below:

-       check if you have the lastest version of your favorite Internet Browser installed

-       consider to update to the newest version. We will make sure, that all site elements work on the latest Browser versions.

-       Update or reinstall the latest Adobe Flash Plugin for your browser and restart your browser

-       Clear your browser cache and cookies. Please refer to the instructions of your favorite browser how to go through these steps.

Q: How can I scroll through the pictures?

A: On a computer, you can use the arrows right and left of the pictures to switch between them. Alternatively, you can use the scroll wheel of your mouse.

On a touch device, like Smart Phones or tablet, slide your finger over the current picture to change the picture.

Q: How can I watch the High Quality Pictures that are available on your site.

A: Choose the pictures set, you want to watch. Click on any of the pictures shown in the preview. The pictures gets enlarged to the size of your browser window. When you move your mouse over that picture you'll see a magnifier to encase the picture to it's full resolution. Pressing the magnifier again, shrinks the pictures back to it's previous size. If you want to go back to the overview, use the back button of your browser.

Q: I use a touch screen on any mobile device and cannot switch pictures, using the common gesture, nor can I move the picutre up and down.

A: This is a special part and we are aware of that issue. There is a workaround. If you want to switch pictures, make sure, you really slide left or right by putting your finger on the picture. Doing it next to picutre will not slide to another picture.

Moving a picture up and down, you’ll need to put your finger next to the picture. Putting your finger on the picture will not move the picture up or down

Q: I want to download a video, what version I should download?

A: Streaming and Downloading depends on your internet speed. We suggest streaming the MOBIL version to Smartphones. In most cases the MP4 version is a good solution for speed and quality. HD 720p or HD 1080p is for High Speed Internet Lines, but offer the best quality.

Q: I downloaded a movie, but cannot play it on my Video Player. Why not?

A: There are many different players, versions and video codecs available. The best solution from our point of view is VLC Player which you can download here. It's free of charge, plays almost all videos and music files, always is up to date, fast and 100% spam and spyware free.

Q: I have an iPhone or iPad, as well as an Apple TV 2. Can I stream the videos to my TV?

A: Yes you can! Open the video on your iOS device, play it and open it in FullScreen. You will see the „AirPlay“ Button. Click on it and choose the Apple TV where you want to stream to.
